Heads Down works in Firefox / Zen, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Blocklist mode — block only the domains you list.
- Allowlist mode — allow only the domains you list and block everything else.
- Pomodoro — work and break sessions, with sites blocked only while you work.
- Password lock — loosening the rules or stopping a Pomodoro needs the password.
- Lock timer — keeps the rules locked until the time is up; it can be extended, not stopped.
The interface is in English and Russian, with light and dark themes.
